There are no words to describe the atmosphere or emptiness and excitement in the streets of Pripyat when walking alone. If there is something special, something mysterious, you will find it. You or your group, alone and experiencing your own Chernobyl Diaries.
A Private tour to the Chernobyl exclusion zone (including the city of Pripyat) is a special tour designed for individuals or groups who would like to explore the zone at their own pace, with their own preferences, on their own date and with no other people. For this tour you can choose your date, time, pickup place (from Kiev) and your own preferences of what to see in Chernobyl exclusion zone. This is done with all the comfort, with a friendly guide and the safest route possible. Private tours allow visitors of Chernobyl zone to see places usually hidden from the group tours and enter parts of the city of Pripyat and the exclusion zone rarely seen on tours at all. Additionally, only private tours can show you the breath-taking Chernobyl nuclear power plant, including the control room and underground bunker. Private Chernobyl tours are often the choice of professional photographers, TV/film crews, people who have already been to Chernobyl and romantic couples (not a joke!) who want to explore more.
If you think you deserve an individual and in-depth excursion to the Chernobyl exclusion zone with only you being in on the adventure, this is the right tour for you. It will become one of the most memorable trips of your life and it is totally worth the effort and energy.
The program of the tour depends on YOUR preferences, number of days you want to stay and the number of people you would like with you. You will be able to see all the following ….and much more… Entering buildings in Pripyat is, unfortunately, prohibited since 2012.
The program is subject to change due to actual constraints in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone

A young daring person filled with life, energy and exuberance that tends to be contagious. She has got enough bravery (though some people call it craziness :) )to step out of her comfort zone into another kind of zone - the exclusion one :) Being deeply curious about all things in the world she is always ready to share her knowledge with others, and she gladly does that during the tours, along with keeping people alive in Chernobyl! If you wish to cherish your Chernobyl tour to the max she will do her best to combine sightseeing and safety in the best way possible!
She is one of those people you meet and feel like you've known each other for years. Your trip would be as if you met a very good friend that you haven't seen for a while. She is very cheerful, adventurous, creative and open minded. She fell in love with Chernobyl in 2016 and from that time their love has been mutual. With Tanya, will experience trip of a lifetime which you will remember with a smile on your face. She radiates warm Sun rays which you will be able to keep forever.
Chernobyl became Kate's second home in the mid of 2016. Be close to her and beware of wolves, foxes and other Katie's friends. Dogs, who live inside the zone, are her guardians, so do not try to make her angry. Get her as a guide and you never forget her encyclopedic knowledge, black humour and pink dozie.
The man who was a contemporary of the Chernobyl disaster. He has more than 20 000 days of life experience and with fun loves to share it with tourists. An electrician, waiter, air defense officer, mining engineer, polygraphist, sailor, or sales manager - it's all Serhii. In addition to reading and online blogging, he is fascinated by the history of Kiev and walks around the city. Sergei loves making new friends and enjoys making them happy & thrilled.
This ever-smiling, positive girl with a great sense of humour has German as her second language (almost). She loves to catch up with new words in other languages too so it is pretty probable that she will also know some words in your native language. She is passionate about the nature in Chernobyl and loves having good people (you) around. At school she hated physics but thanks to Chernobyl she now realises that physics, especially in connection with radioactivity, is very interesting. Ludmilla has a big heart and in her leisure time, besides reading books, listening to music or spending time with her family, she also finds time for children in orphanages and those with cancer in the Ukraine.

Is it Safe to Travel to Ukraine Nowadays?
The answer is as travelling to any other country if you follow rules and stay away from restricted ‘no-go’ zones. Ukraine is back on the rails but as we all know situation on Ukrainian eastern border is quite tense. We strongly do not recommend travelling across regions of Donetsk and Luhansk, that’s for sure. Kiev to Russian borders near Luhansk it’s almost 1,000 kilometres. Chernobyl is even further from Luhansk. During your whole Chernobyl tour we guarantee your safety from pick up to drop off, as always.
